Concrete Work

Ground Works Utilities began in 2002 as a small business in the home of Richard Shiel. In 2006, the business had developed to a degree in which having a corporate office would be necessary. A site was purchased at 1281 State Route 9, Gansevoort, New York. With minor building modifications completed, additional office staff was hired to handle the increasing demands of the utility business.

The crews of Ground Works Utilities are dispatched from our shop at Exchange Street in Albany, New York. Almost all of our equipment maintenance is performed there as well.
