Ground Works Utilities, LLC.
Ground Works Utilities began in 2002 as a small business in the home
of Richard Shiel. In 2006, the business had developed to a degree in
which having a corporate office would be necessary. A site
was purchased at 1281 State
Route 9, Gansevoort, New York. With minor building modifications
completed, additional office staff was hired to handle the
increasing demands of the utility business.
